Santa Left Behind Some Proof…
Santa’s License began in 2009 when my young daughter came home after other kids told her Santa wasn’t real. I wasn’t ready for the Christmas magic to end, so I decided Santa needed to leave behind some evidence.
I created a realistic driver’s license for Santa Claus and left it for her to discover on Christmas morning. After all, Santa visits millions of houses in one night. Surely he could accidentally drop his license at one of them.
That little idea worked so well that in 2010 I created SantasLicense.com so other parents could create the same magical moment for their children.
Today, Santa’s License is still made as a durable physical plastic card with a realistic front and back, Santa’s photograph and signature, North Pole details and an official-looking seal.
Hide it somewhere your child will discover it Christmas morning, perhaps beside the tree, near the cookies or somewhere along Santa’s path.
Because sometimes Santa needs to leave a little proof behind.
